  • After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • International shipping (if applicable) may take 10-21 business days.

  • We work with trusted shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL, depending on the product and destination.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.

5. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us for assistance.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.
