At Tricapit Store, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since our products are made-to-order, please review the policy below carefully:


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After this timeframe, the order will be processed, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


2. Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Wrong size ordered (please check sizing carefully before purchasing)

    • Custom or personalized items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)


3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us.

  • After verifying with the shipping carrier, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.


5. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
